At the time, the client brief was being presented, the client had already purchased all furniture to be fitted in his office space. One of the many challenges we experienced on this project was with the design work. Our design team was already restricted on office space arrangement and furniture layout/designer recommendation. Because of the intricacies of the work, the craftsmen produced as articulated by the client and designer where extreme attention to detail was evidence. As you approach the office, you’re first greeted by a worm reception wall with elegant drop lights.

These set the craftsmen with the right tone of quality and craftsmanship for the entire project.

The majority of the project entailed fabrication of gypsum, aluminum and glass to build up partitioning walls, acoustic and gypsum boards were married to make out the ceiling. At this stage, we encountered another challenge due to the furniture that had already being purchased and occupying the office. These left us with minimal working space to fabricate the walls.

Through constant communication and teamwork, Construction was completed in one month just as stated and required by the client.
