As the company had grown and needed a larger office space for their staff members, they purchased an office space at the 5th avenue building which happens to be one of the new modern building complex raised at Ngong road. Due to their reputation as an advocate company, they required an impressive office environment not only for their clients but also for their staff members and associates. This led us to designing an impressive reception with ample space, wide corridors and office spaces. At the reception, we had a suspended gypsum ceiling that we placed hidden lights to emphasis on the details on the walls and ceiling.

One of the challenges we encountered in the client’s brief was incorporating a toilet at the directors’ office with reference to the desired location of the office. The office was located in one of the corners with a spectacular view of the Nairobi city.

The project was successfully completed on time and within the owner’s budget. The new space was received with enthusiasm and excitement from associates and staff members. Deluxe personnel achieved their goal of meeting the customer’s time schedule with the dedication and determination to deliver a quality product.
