Sienna Ltd
Sienna Ltd is a private and family based company. It’s an umbrella office space that was to cover different business interests of different family members. The design brief complied of reception, studio, boardroom, executive office 1 and 2 and virtual offices for five. The design team was met with a challenge influenced by the head of the family who needed total privacy from virtual office users sharing the same space. Because of intricacies of the work, craftsmen produced as articulated by the client and designer where extreme attention to detail was evidence. As you approach the office, you’re first greeted by a worm reception wall with an elegant ceiling drop well day lite with florescent tubes.
The craftsmen with the right tone of quality and craftsmanship for the entire project. The majority of the project entailed fabrication of gypsum, aluminum and glass to build up partitioning walls. Ceiling cover was entirely made up of gypsum boards in different levels and color. The project only encountered one challenge where the quoted air conditioning machines were out of stock. This brought in 4 weeks delay for the project duration.
